LAND OWNERS
Presently 3 projects are proposed at Deogarh, Pratapgarh, Bhilwara. We are also interested in going down to town level particularly in districts of Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Ajmer. Therefore we are in constant look-out for land parcels in towns and districts mentioned above.
We adopt developer agreement model in which both developer and land owner benefit. Its a win-win situations for land owners as they get much higher realization for their land than out right sale. Further landowners also get benefit of project gestation period, as the land prices increases with time, benefit is also shared by owners. Out-right-sale does not benefit landowners rather it benefits builders.
So landowners desirous of disposing of land parcels may contact us before taking decision. Undergoing development agreement is a win-win situation proposition for landowners.
CHANNEL PARTNERS & VENDORS
Individuals/entrepreneurs involved in business of real estate dealing, investment, sale purchase may contact for inclusions in our network as channel partners. Presently channel partners are required in Chittorgarh, Bhilwara to strengthen our existing network

Suppliers in field of window/doors, material supplier like sand, concrete, bricks, cement, steel and flooring and paint dealers may contact us.
